Remote | Internship (Unpaid) | Part-Time or Full-Time Summer 2026

We are a fast-growing, innovative firm seeking a motivated Software Development Intern to join our technology team. Contribute to real software projects, learn modern tech stacks, and work with a talented team in a flexible, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior developers and engineers to design, develop, and maintain software features and applications
  • Write clean, well-documented code in modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Assist in implementing new functionalities, fixing bugs, and improving existing systems
  • Participate in code reviews, testing (unit, integration), and debugging processes
  • Help with data processing, API integrations, automation scripts, or frontend/backend tasks depending on project needs
  • Contribute to agile workflows using tools like Git, Jira, or similar
  • Learn and apply best practices in software development, version control, and deployment
  • Conduct research on new technologies or tools that could benefit ongoing projects
  • Document code, processes, and technical decisions clearly

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong programming fundamentals and experience with at least one language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, Go, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Git/version control and basic understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools quickly
  • Basic knowledge of web development (HTML/CSS/JS), APIs (REST/GraphQL), databases (SQL/NoSQL), or cloud concepts is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working remotely in a collaborative team
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while seeking guidance when needed
