Andrew Finley is a Managing Director focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing private company investments across the healthcare services landscape and broader middle market. He brings deep experience across the full transaction lifecycle, including origination, diligence, structuring, and post-close integration, with a particular emphasis on founder-led and platform-building opportunities.

Andrew has over a decade of experience spanning investment banking, corporate development, and advisory roles. He has worked closely with private equity sponsors, investment banks, and management teams to evaluate opportunities, mitigate risk, and position businesses for long-term value creation. His transaction experience includes acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings, and minority investments across complex and highly regulated industries.

Prior to his current role, Andrew held senior positions within national healthcare platforms, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing growth initiatives across the full continuum of care. His work included mergers and acquisitions, expanding into new markets, supporting strategic partnerships, and driving performance improvements across diverse healthcare service lines within risk-bearing environments.
