His expertise spans the full M&A lifecycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition integration.

Throughout his career, he has worked across sectors including SaaS, private equity, food service, franchising, and real estate, helping organizations execute transactions that drive long-term growth and operational value. He has significant experience aligning people, processes, and systems following acquisitions to ensure successful integration and scalable performance.

In previous roles at organizations such as ESW Capital and VMware, he led cross-functional diligence and integration initiatives while helping improve transaction efficiency and operational alignment. His work has included refining diligence processes, supporting go-to-market integration strategies, and contributing to SaaS business model transitions.

He holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a BA from Brigham Young University and is fluent in Spanish, bringing a global perspective to strategic transactions and corporate transformation.
